Each community varies in it’s availability and variation of spaces and space size. Tiny homes are typically small enough that most spaces would accommodate them. If the tiny home is preowned, the community manager would need to approve of the home prior to relocation and relocation and move-in.  A new tiny home can be ordered by our sales division and customers can work with and associate for home selection and locating a suitable space.
